C. 122-75 APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS EARL BROBERG (AS AMENDED) WHEREAS a petition requesting legal status for two lots which were previously created from Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block Earl Broberg, W182 S6491 Muskego Drive, and 1, Oak Ridge Subdivision unrecorded, has been submitted by WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250 sq. ft. lots with 75' average width, and WHEREAS the lots have sufficient average width and one parcel created from Lot 6 and the S 112 of Lot 5 has approximately 12,813 s . ft., however, the second parcel created from Lot 4 and the N 1 9 2 of Lot 5, on which the existing home is located, has approximately 10,514 sq. ft. which is only 736 sq. ft. less than required by the RS-3 OED District, and WHEREAS it is necessary that a utility easement be provided along the south line of Lot 6 to permit maintenance of a.n existing sanitary sewer and drainage through that property. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Earl Broberg of Lot 5, Block 1, Oak Ridge Subdivision unrecorded, subject for legal status for the lot created from Lot 4 and the N 1f2 to the condition that a 10' utility easement be provided along the south line of Lot 6. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council that this request be approved subject the south line of Lot 6. to the condition that a 10' utility easement be provided along City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted November 18, 1975 bj s 11-19-75
