APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
HUMMER BROTHERS LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for construction of a
building to be used for a garden center at Hummer Brothers
Landscaping, W145 S6486 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS the proposed building will be 30' x 50', constructed
of white, fluted, cement block and will have letters indicating
Hummer Brothers Landscaping and Garden Center affixed to the
front of the structure, and
WHEREAS the site plan indicating the location of this
proposed building was approved by the Plan Commission October
7, 1975, in Resolution #P. C. 104-75, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission required in their Resolution
#P. C. 104-75 that the number and size of the proposed
plantings be indicated and this information has now been sub-
mitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the plans for construction
of a building to be used for a garden center at Hummer Brothers
Landscaping.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does-hereby
approve the landscaping plans submitted for Hummer Brothers
Landscaping.
