APPROVAL OF TEMPORAKY SIGN
RITE REALTY CORP. - GUERNSEY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS Rite Realty Corp. has requested approval to
erect an 8' x 12', temporary sign to introduce Guernsey
Meadows subdivision, and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located on the south
side of Highway 24 at the rear of Lot 49, and
WHEREAS temporary signs are permitted for a period of
one year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Rite
Realty to erect an 8' x 12', temporary sign for a period of
one year to introduce Guernsey Meadows subdivision.
