APPROVAL OF REVISED SIGN
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF WAUKESHA
WHEREAS the First National Bank of Waukesha has requested
approval for a new sign to replace two existing signs, and
WHEREAS this proposal incorporates the existing free checking
sign as a 1' x 8', removable extension on the bottom of the new 4' x 8' identification sign, and
WHEREAS the identification sign will have a white back-
be white background with red lettering and the sign will have
ground with black lettering and the free checking portion will
a colonial roof motif and indirect lighting, and
WHEREAS this sign is to be placed within the proposed
future right-of-way of Highway 24 and the bank has agreed to
execute the necessary document relating to the removal of the
sign at no expense to the city, county or state in the event
major reconstruction of Highway 24 takes place.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of First National
proposed future right-of-way of Highway 24 as shown on the plans
Bank of Waukesha for a new sign to be located within the
submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
execution of the necessary document relating to the removal of
the sign at no expense to the city, county or state in the
event major reconstruction of Highway 24 takes place.
