PCR1975114RESOLUTION #Po C. 114-75 REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT REZONING PETITION SCOTT KRAUSE - MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB WHEREAS Scott Krause, representing the Muskego Lakes Country Club has submitted a petition to the city to rezone approximately R-3 to permit the development of a 6 parcel subdivision, and 7 acres of land adjacent to Groveway Lane from Agriculture to WHEREAS the Plan Commission had previously approved t'he removal of this land from Conditional Use Grant #50 to facilitate the construction and mortgaging of a private residence for Mr. Krause, and WHEREAS there is a need to review theptatus of the Conditional Use presently held by the Muskego Lakes Country Club inasmuch and clubhouse operation, and as it encompasses lands which are not involved in the gplf course on lands ,surrounding the approximately 7 acres involved ifi the petition. WHEREAS it is also necessary to review the existing zoning 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer to Planning Consultant Mangiamele the petition submitted by Scott Krause to rezone approximately 7 acres of land adjacent to Groveway Lane from Agriculture to R-1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Consultant is hereby directed to review the zoning adjacent to and surrounding the area indicated in the petition as well as all lands under Conditional Use Grant $150 owned by Muskego Lakes Country Club.
