(AS AMENDED) CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
PHASE 11 - PIONEER CENTRE
Kurtz Architects, Inc., August 25, 1975, for William Reeder, for
WHEREAS building, site and landscaping plans, prepared by
the development of Phase I1 of the Pioneer Centre plqnned unit
development were referred to Planning Consultant,Mangiamele, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his revort
and recommendation at the last Plan commissiop meeting, Octbber
7, 1975, and
WHEREAS building, site and landscaping plane prepared by
Kurtz Architects, Inc., October 14, 1975, have now been Submitted
which incorporate some of the suggestions and recommendations as
indicated in the planner's report.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmiseion of the City
of Muskego does hereby indicate its willingness to approve
building, site and landscaping plans for the Phgee 11 development
of Pioneer Centre subject to the following conditione;
1. Garages shall replace the carports. e 2. The exterior siding of the proposed structures shall be compatible with the exterior siding used in Ptoneer Centre Phase
I in texture and color.
3. The site plan shall include exterior lighting proposals,
said lights to be compatible with those vsed in the Phase I
development.
4. A detailed landscaping plan indicating sizes and numbers of proposed plantings shall be submitted.
5. A complete topography plan indicating finished grade plan, berms and drainage shall be submitted.
6. There shall be a definite divorcing of the legal ties between
Phase I and Phase I1 with written release by the prgsent devqloper
of Phase 11.
7. Basements shall be constructed under the twp major structures.
