APPROVAL OF OPERATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS

WHEREAS in accordance with Section 4.3 of the agreement
between the City of Muskego and Waste Management of Wisconsin,

WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the operation for

WHEREAS representatives of Waste Management of Wisconsin,
Inc., appeared at the last Plan Commission meeting to discuss

and review the status of the operational and development plans,
WHEREAS the Plan Commission is of the opinion that the
conditions of the agreement between the city and Waste Management
of Wisconsin, Inc., are being fulfilled.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the present operations
at the landfill site as well as the progress of the restoration
of the site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby reconmend to the Common Council approval
of the operational and development plans of the Wauer sanitary
landfill site.
