CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF
BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
SUBURBAN INDOOR TENNIS CLUB ;, ,,: t 11 !I
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans prepared by 11
Metal Structures, Inc., for the Suburban Indoor Tennis Club to
be constructed on Lot 7, Block 2, in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park were referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee €or review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS the consultants have recommended approval of the
building,^ site and operational plans subject to the conditions
that detailed elevations which indicate exterior materials to
be used and color scheme be submitted and that a complete land-
scape plan including plant sizes and planting schedule be
submitted. 0
THEREEORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the building, site and
operational plans for the Suburban Indoor Tennis Club subject
to the conditions that elevations which indicate exterior ma-
terials to be used and color scheme and a complete landscape
plan including plant sizes and planring schedule be submitted.
