INDICATING THE PIAN COMMISSION'S WILLINGNESS TO CONSIDER PARKLAND MALL SIGNS
WHEREAS Jeff Vanden Heuvel, manager and leasing agent for
the Parkland Mall, appeared before the Plan Cmission at the
last meeting and presented a proposal to place flat wall signs
around the exterior of the Parkland Mall building to identify
the tenants, and
WHEREAS the developer had indicated in the originally approved
development plans that signs would not be permitted on the
Parkland Mall exterior walls, and
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Cmission that this
change would not constitute such a substantial alteration of
the original plan as to require a public hearing. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate their willingness to accept
this change in the originally approved site plan and will be
receptive to the submission of a plan for identifying the
tenants in the Parkland Mall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such plan shall indicate the
total number, the style and location of all signs.
