REFERRAL TO ARCHITECTURAL SUB-COMMITTEE
BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION SIGN - - LANGFELDT OFFICE BUILDING
WHEREAS the Langfeldt office building, S73 W16485 Janesville
Road, is operating under Conditional Use Grant #57, and
WHEREAS a single sign to identify the tenants in the office
building was approved by the Plan Commission July 18, 1972, and
WHEREAS the sign identifying American Family Insurance and
The Print Center, Inc., does not conform to the plans submitted
and approved by the Plan Commission in 1972.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the identification sign for
the Langfeldt office building to the Architectural Sub-cormnittee
for review and recommendation.
