APPROVAL OF OPERATIONAL AND SITE PLANS
HUMMER BROTHERS LANDSCAPING AND GARDEN CENTER
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for the site developmenf of
Hummer Byothers Landscaping and Garden Center at W145 S6486 Tess
Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission must approve the specific use,
building, site and operational plans for this 1-1 District in
accordance with Section 8.15 (7) A. 1. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance,
and
WHEREAS the existing dwelling and garage on the property will
be used for this business, and
WHEREAS the site plan also includes a proposed 3' x 6', brown 0 and tan, free standing, identification sign as well as the landscape
plan, and
WHEREAS it is the Plan Commission's opinion that this specific
use would conform to the 1-1 District requirements and the proposed
sign and site plan will be acceptable for this 1-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the specific use, site, and operational
plans for the Hummer Brothers Landscaping and Garden Center.
BE IT FWRTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission requires that
a more detailed landscaping plan be submitted indicating the number
and size of the proposed plants.
