APPROVAL OF BUILDING ON PROPERTY
WHICH DOES NOT ABUT A PUBLIC ROAD
HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS a request has been submitted to construct a dwelling
on an existing lot owned by Harold DeBack on the former Hans
Keiser farm in Section 33, and
WHEREAS the property in question does not abut a public road
and in accordance with Section 4.07 (4) of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance, a 2 acre tract of land may be granted building status
provided "such tract has access by permanent easement to a public
street, does not conflict with plans for the future development
of streets in the area and that where a future street is possible
the Plan Commission may require a full street reservation.", and
WHEREAS the lot in question exceeds the 2 acre requirement,
being 11.2 acres approximately, and does not conflict with plans
for the future development of streets in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve construction of a dwelling on
an existing lot owned by Harold DeBack subject to the condition
that proof of a permanent easement for access is submitted.
