REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
BUILDING & SITE PLANS FOR PHASE I1
PIONEER CENTRE
Kurtz Architects, Inc., August 25, 1975, for William Reeder,
have been submitted for the development of Phase I1 in the
Pioneer Centre planned unit development, and
WEREAS building, siteAnd landscaping plans, prepared by
WHEREAS the plans indicate two buildings, each with 12 one
bedroom units (a total of 24 apartments), a swimming pool,
recreation vehicle storage,carports and garden plots, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the city's planning consultant
to review said building, site and landscaping plans, and
WHEREAS Phase I1 involves the 35% of the development not
approved for sewers in accordance with Resolutions #220-71 and #40-75 As Amended which established guidelines for development
in the city.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the building, site and landscaping
plans for the Reeder Apartments to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Comission in no way intends to usurp the Cormnon Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
