APPROVAL OF SIGN - HOUSE OF TILE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural
Sub-cormnittee, approve the request of Don Schroeder for
permission to erect a free standing sign to designate the House
of Tile, S75 W17461 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is for a 4' x 2'
sign on a 14' post as shown on Exhibit B and that if the sign
is illuminated it shall be by fluorescent lighting under the
eaves. * BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the sign shall be removed by the owner in the event
House of Tile leaves the premises.
