TEMPORARY SIGN EXTENSION
LAKEVIEW HILLS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved In September, 1974, for
a period of one year, two 4' x 6', temporary signs to designate
the Lakeview Hills Subdivision, and
WHEREAS one sign is located on the southwest corner of Hillen-
dale and Lakeview Drives and one sign is located near the intes-
section of Hillendale Drive and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.~10 (12) C. of the
Muskego Zoning Ordinance, an extension for a temporary sign may be
granted for an additional one year period.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
grant a one year extension for two 4' x 6', temporary signs to
designate the Lakeview Hills Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said signs shall be removed by
September, 1976.
