APPROVAL OF SKETCH - DONALD 0' LEARY
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Donald O'Leary for an approxi-
mately 3 acre division of his property in the SE 114 of Section
20, an Agriculture District, was referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recornendation, and
WHEREAS the proposed division does not abut a public road,
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with recommendation from the planner,
a 60' road reservation will be necessary as well as an easement
from Racine Avenue to the west end of the newly created lot to
provide access until such time as the road becomes public.
0 THEREFORE BE-~IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
concur with the recomendation of the planner and does hereby
approve the sketch for the division of an approximately 3 acre
parcel from the O'Leary property and will be receptive to the
submission of a certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certified survey map shall
indicate a 60' road reservation as we11 as an easement from
Racine Avenue to the west end of the newly created lot to provide
access until such time as the road becomes public.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that in the event there are additional divisions of the
remainder of the property, the construction of the road in accor-
dance with city standards shall be required. e City of Muskego
