APPROVAL OF FINAL SITE 6r LANDSCAPING PLANS
CORNELL MEADOWS
WHEREAS final site and landscaping plans submitted by Rite
Realty for Lot 7, Block 1, in the Durham Meadows planned unit
development were^ referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele, and
WHEREAS the development of Lot 7, Block 1, proposes 8 eight-
family buildings, a total of 64 units, and
WHEREAS the landscaping plans have now been revised to include
additional trees near the highway as welr as larger trees in accor-
dance with the planner's recommendation. e THEBEEQRE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission does hereby
approve the final site and landscaping plans submitted for Lot 7,
Block 1, in the Durham Meadows planned unit development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVES that any action taken by thq Commission
in no way intends to usurp the Cmon Council's authority to deter-
mine use of the city's sewer facilities inasmuch as Lot 7, Block 1,
involves the 35% development not as yet approved for sewers.
