WHEREAS a final plat for Guernsey Meadows, prepared by
Stanley J. Potrykus July 1, 1975, with revision date of August
6, 1975, has been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS the final plat now conforms with the approved
preliminary plat, and
WEREAS engineering plans for sewer, water and storm

consulting engineers and road grades and profiles and the city's
