APPROVAL OF PLANS FOR PAVILIONS
AUD-MAR SWIMMING BEACH
WHEREAS two pavilions have been constructed at the Aud-Mar
Swimming Beach, and
WHEREAS Martin Oschrnann, owner of the swimming beaqh which is
a permitted use-by-right in this RS-3 OLR District, has begn advised
that the plans for the pavilions must be submitted for approval by
the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS plans have now been submitted for One 63' x $0' pavilion
and one 12' x 18' pavilion,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commissisn of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the plans for the two pavilions which
have been constructed at the Aud-Mar Swimming Beach.
