REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
RALPH HOEFT
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Ralph Hoeft for a cwo
parcel division of his property at W133 S8070 Northview Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an R-2 District which requires 60,000 sq. ft.
lots with 175' average width, and
WHEREAS the lots more than meet the square footage require-
ment, however, have less than required for average width, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the Plan Commission may, where deemed Rroper or necessary,
waive or modify any requirement of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS a review of the surrounding area is necessary prior to
any action by the Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan CorqmissiQn of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposed sketph Soy a two parcel
division of the Ralph Hoeft property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
