APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT LAKE LORE ESTATES
of the Covenant Living Centers planned unit development on McShane
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for Lake Lore Estates, a portion
Road, was received and acknowledged by the Plan Commission June 17, 1975, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat prepared by Inman Engineering
June 9, 1975, indicates the development of 27 lots and 1 outlot,
and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the layout
and has recomnended approval, and
indicating that they do not object to the plat.
WHEREAS the objecting agencies have submitted their reports
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat €or Lake Lore Estates and recommends approval to the Common Council subject to the
following conditions:
schedule , 1. Receipt of an acceptable landscaping plan and planting
of the outlot, and
2. Receipt of a detailed description of the treatment and use
3. Receipt of engineering data regarding the roads, shoreline
development and storm water drainage.
