REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
DONALD O'LEARY
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Donald O'Leary, Manawa,
Wisconsin, for an approximately 3 acre division of his property in
the SE 114 of Section 20, an Agriculture District, and
WHEREAS the proposed lot does not abut a public street and
in accordance with Section 4.01 (4) of the Zoning Ordinance, a
2 acre tract of land may be granted building status provided "such
tract has access by permanent easement to a public street, does not
conflict with plans for the future development of streets in the
area and that where a future street is possible the Plan Commission
may require a full street reservation. I'
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer this proposed division of the Donald
O'Leary property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
