REFERRAL TO PUNNING CONSULTANT
FINAL SITE AND LANDSCAPING PLANS CORNELL MEADOWS PROJECT - DURHAM MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS on July 1, 1975, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution
#P. C. 71-75 approving architectural designs for 8 buildings proposed
for Lot 7, Block 1, in the Durham Meadows planned unit development,
and
WHEREAS the developer has submitted landscaping and final site
plans for approval by the Commission, and
WHEREAS Lot 7, Block 1, involves the 35% of development not
approved for sewers in accordance with Resolutions #220-71 and 1140-75
As Amended which established guidelines for developments in the city,
and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the city's planning consultant to
review said site and landscaping plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above plans are hereby
referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommen-
dation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Comission
in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's authority to determine
use of the city's sewer facilities.
