APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Wayne Jesehke, S65
W18071 Martin Drive, for a two parcel division of his property, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 110' average
width and 20,000 sq. ft. in area and the lots proposed more than
meet the sq. footage and also meet the average width requiremenf.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this sketch for a two parcel division
of the Jesehke property and will be receptive to the submission of
a certified survey map.
BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that final approval of the certified
survey map will be subject to review of the plans for the proposed
home to be constructed on the vacant parcel.
