APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ED BUTH
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Ed Buth, W143 S7020
Belmont Drive, to permit construction of an attached, second garage
structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board
(Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Ed Buth for
an attached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is granted subject
to the condition that elevations be submitted to the building inspector
for determination that the architectural style of the building will
be maintained.
