APPROVAL OF SKETCH AND CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION
LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a sketch for a two parcel division of Outlct 2, Block 2,
in the Lincolnshire Subdivision was referred to the Public Works
and Sewer Conunittees for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS the sketch referred was in the form of a certified
survey map prepared June 22, 1975, by Thomas Inman, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 110’ average
width and 20,000 sq. ft. in area and the lots proposed more than
meet these requirements, and
WHEREAS the Public Works and Sewer Committees have recommended
approval of this proposed division subject to the resolution of an
existing drainage problem on the corner of Tess Corners Drive and
Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch and the certified survey
map for the division of Outlot 2, Block 2, in the Lincolnshire Subdi-
vision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to
the Common Council approval of the certified survey map subject to
the resolution of the existing drainage problem on the corner of Tess
Corners Drive and Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the re-
view and approval of the certified survey map by the city engineer.
