APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR UND DIVISION
WALTER KOENIG
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Walter Koenig, W138
S7071 Sherwood Circle, for a two parcel division of his property,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 110' average

width and 20,000 sq. ft. in area and the lots proposed more than
meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cammission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this sketch for a two parcel division
of the Koenig property and will be receptive to the submission of a
certified survey map.
