REFERRAL TO PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE AND SEWER COMMITTEE
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION - LINCOLNSHIRE SUBD.
WHEREAS a sketch prepared by Inman, Inc., June 22, 1975, has
been submitted for a two parcel division of Outlot 2, Block 2,
in the Lincolnshire Subdivision, and
WHEREAS there is a question concerning the addition of another
lot to the treatment plant and a question as to the adequacy of
the drainage swale through Outlot 1, Block 2, and
WHEREAS these questions must be resolved prior to any approval
of an additional land division in this subdivision. 0
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer the sketch for a two parcel division
of Outlot 2, Block 2, in the Lincolnshire Subdivision to the
Public Works Committee and Sewer Committee for review and
recommendation.
