APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO REMOVE SIX ACRES
FROM CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #SO
MUSKEGO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS a request that approximately 6 acres of property be
removed from Conditional Use Grant #50 to facilitate the construction
and mortgaging of a private residence for Scott Krause, owner-manager
of Muskego Lakes Country Club, was referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
because the conditional use should only incorporate the club house
and golf course, and
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Commission that this change
does not constitute such a substantial alteration to the conditional
use that a public hearing [will be necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request to amend Conditional Use
Grant #50 to exclude the 6 acres on which Scott Krause intends to
construct a private residence.
