ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WILDFLOWER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Wildflower planned unit

development prepared by Richard H. Stenzel and Kit Kuokkanen
June 16, 1975, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for
approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to the objecting
agencies and to all affected city boards, commissions and depart-
ments for their review and recommendations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission does
hereby acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for Wildflower
planned unit development. e
BE IT mTRTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will not take
action until the reports and recommendations from the objecting
agencies and affected city boards, commissions and departments
have been received.
