PCR1975064RESOLUTION #P. C. 64-75 REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT LEGAL STATUS REQUEST FROM DAVID BEIERLE WHEREAS a petition has been submitted for legal status for two lots on College Avenue owned by David Beierle, S63 W17202 College Avenue, and WHEREAS the lots are located in an RSE District which requires one acre lots if sewers are available and double lot size if sewers are not available, and WHEREAS this area is not intended for sewer for several years, and WHEREAS in accordance with Section 2.4 (d) of the Land Division Ordinance, the Plan Commission, in making its determination,shall give consideration to the size, quality and character of existing lots and building development in the immediate area, the lot size necessary to insure safe sewage disposal, the economic and engineering practicability of any possible redivision, and the degree of practical hardship which may be imposed upon the owner. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this request for legal status sub- mitted by David Beierle be referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
