DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN DEVELOPMENT
PIONEER CENTRE - PHASE 2
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Donald Kilps for a change
in the development of Phase 2 of the Pioneer Centre planned unit develop-
ment, and
WHEREAS the original plan was for 24 one bedroom units and the re-
vised plan is for a 5 lot duplex site, and
WHEREAS the original approval for the 24 one bedroom units was given
in part because of the ratio of one, two and three bedrooms and in part
because of the recognized need for one bedroom apartments in the commu-
nity, and
0 WHEREAS the change in development from the one bedroom units to
duplex units would upset the bedroom ratio and would not fulfill the
need for one bedroom apartments in the community.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the City of
Muskego does hereby deny the request submitted by Donald Kilps for a
change in the development of Phase 2 of the Pioneer Centre planned
development of a 5 lot duplex site in lieu of the 24 one bedroom
sites.
