REQUEST TO REMOVE FIVE ACRES FROM CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #50
REFERRAL TO PLANNLNG CONSULTANT
MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved at their meeting May 20, 1975,
the construction of a sicgle family dwelling for Scott Krause, owner-
manager of the Muskego Lakes Country Club, on the country club property
which is under Conditional Use Grant #50, and
WHEREAS Mr. Krause has requested that approximately 6 acres of
property on which he intends to construct the single family dwelling be
removedfrom fheconditional use grant to facilitate the building and
mortgaging of this private residence, and
WHEREAS there is some question of RSM zoning on and in the
imediate area of the golf course, and
WHEREAS a review by Planning Consultant Mangiamele would be
desirable.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this request to remove approximately
6 acres of property from Conditional Use Grant #50 be referred to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
