APPROVAL OF DESIGNS CORNELL COURT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT
WHEREAS the Plan Commission, at their last meeting, approved the
change in design for two buildings under construction in the Cornel1
Court Townhouse Project which had been prepared by Kurtz Architects
February 5, 1975, and
WHEREAS this approval was subject to the conditions that brick
be used on the chimneys and that designs for the remaining four town-
houses to be constructed in the Cornel1 Court Townhouse Project be submitted
to the Plan Cmission for consideration, and
WHEREAS such designs have been submitted which were prepared by
0 Kurtz Architects June 10, 1975, and
WHEREAS it would provide sufficient variation to the project to
permit construction of the new design on the next two lots and the
design approved by the Commission June 3rd, 1975, on the remaining
two lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of.the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of this design for the next two lots and
the design approved by the Commission June 3rd, 1975, on the remaining
two lots.
