PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE LORE ESTATES

WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Lake Lore Estates prepared by
Irunan Engineering June 9, 1975, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to the objecting
agencies and to all affected city boards, cmissions and departments
for their review and recmendations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for LakelLorejEstates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission will not take
action until the reports and recmendations from the objecting agencies
and affected city boards, commissions and departments have been
