RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE THE RSM DISTRICT IN THE TRIANGLE OF

MARTIN DRIVE AM) JANESVILLE ROAD TO RS-2
WHEREAS the property in the triangle of Martin Drive and
Janesville Road in Sections 3 and 10 is presently zoned RSM, and
WHEREAS the proposed up-dated zoning district map indicates
this area as being an RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS development of this property with the RS-2 District
requirements will be more compatible with the surrounding areas.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that they
initiate a petition to rezone the property in the triangle of
0 Martin Drive and Janesville Road to RS-2.
