REAFFIRMING REZONING RECOMMENDATION
LLUEDKE, SCHAEFER, DIEKFUSS PROPERTIES
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred the rezoning of property
in Sections 10 and 11 owned by Chester Luedke, Harold Diekfuss and
Fred Schaefer from RS-3 to RS-2 back to the Plan Commission for
reconsideration, and
WHEREAS it is the Plan Commission's opinion that the development
of this property with the RS-2 District requirements will be more
compatible with the surrounding area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby reaffirm their recommendation to rezone
Diekfuss and Schaefer properties in Sections 10 and 11 from
the Luedke,
RS-3 to
City of Muskego
