APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS Larry Schneider has submitted a request to enlarge
the existing, second garage structure on his property at W186
S6724 Jewel Crest Drive, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals has granted a 3' variance in
setback requirement to permit construction of the garage, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board
(Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Larry Schneider
to enlarge the existing, second garage structure on his property
at llW186 56724 Jewel Crest Drive.
