APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PIAT
FOR HEATHER RIXE ESTATES (TOWN OF VERNON)
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat was referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for Heather Ridge Estates, a subdivision
in the Town of Vernon, which falls within Muskego's extra-
territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
revised preliminary plat and recommends approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the preliminary plat for Heather Ridge
0 Estates in the Town of Vernon.
