APPROVAL OF SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE UNDER CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #50
MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS the Muskego Lakes Country Club is operating under
Conditional Use Grant 1/50, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions of the grant is that "no
commercial, industrial, agricultural or residential activities
except those considered by the Planning Cmission to be essential
or incidental to country club activities are permitted without
specific Planning Commission approval.", and
WHEREAS Mr. Scott Xrause, owner of the country club, has
submitted plans for a single family dwelling on the properry
at the end of Groveway Lane in which he and his family will reside.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the construction of a single
family dwelling for Mr. Krause on the country club property
under Conditional Use Grant #50.
