APPROVAL OF SKETCH - VALLEY SQUARE
WHEREAS a proposed development sketch for J. B. C. Corp. prepared
by Inman Engineering for the subdivision of 10 lots on approximately
6 acres of property west of Valley Drive in Section 9 was referred
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele April 15, 1975, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele recommended approval of
the sketch subject to several conditions as indicated in his report
dated May 2, 1975, and
WHEREAS it is the intent of the developer to restrict building

in this proposed subdivision to single family residences.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for Valley Square.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be receptive
to a preliminary plat which will include the following:
1. Cul-de-sacs with 60' radius and landscaped centers
2. Dedication to the City of Valley Drive extended
3. A 30 I easement for sewer purposes along the south property
line
