AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONAL USE GRANT 1/61
SAM JOVANOVICH - SAM'S AUTO-ALL
WHEREAS the Plan Cormnission reviewed Conditional Use Grant
#61 on November 19, 1974, which had been granted to Sam Jovanovich
for an automobile repair shop at S83 W20702 Janesville Road, and
WHEREtzS at that time the Plan Commission placed several
conditions on the operation as indicated in their Resolution BP. C.
157-74, and
WHEREAS Mr. Jovanovich has requested modifications to
conditions #3, #4, and #5 as follows:
3. There shall be no parking on the west side of the building.
4. A performance bond shall not be necessary provided that
driveways and parking areas are hard-surfaced by July 1,
1975.
5. Those areas not to be hard-surfaced shall be seeded or
sodded by August 1, 1975.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the modifications to
conditions #3, #4, and #5 in Resolution #P. C. 157-74 as requested
by Mr. Jovanovich.
