APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT 1/12
KOUNTRY KORNER TAVERN
WHEREAS the City Plan Comission has recieved a petition from
Kenneth Christensen for an expansion of Conditional Use Grant #12
to permit construction of a 4' x 18' addition on the southwest
comer of the Kountry Korner Tavern, W194 S7060 Hillendale Drive,
to be used as a charcoal grill area, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held and the
plans submitted reviewed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve this request for expansion of Conditional
Use Grant #12 to permit construction of a 4' x 18' addition to be used
as a charcoal grill area at the Kountry Korner Tavern. e \
