RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR WAUER'S EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has received a petition from
Carl & Lydia Wauer for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #20 to permit
continued mining and processing of sand and gravel on approximately
9.874 acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS all of the Wauer property in Section 18 except this
9.874 acre parcel is now included in the Wauer Landfill Permit and this
parcel also will be eventually included in the landfill restoration.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City of
0 Muskego does hereby recommend to the Cmon Council renewal of the
extractive permit under Conditional Use Grant k?O to permit continued
mining and processing of sand and gravel.
