REFERRAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES (TOWN OF VERNON)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a final plat for Heather
Ridge Estates, a subdivision in the Town of Vernon which falls within
Muskego's extra territorial jurisdiction, in January, 1973, and
WHEREAS that final plat was not recorded and a preliminary plat
for revisions in tkdevelopment of Heather Ridge Estates prepared
by Jahnke & Jahnke Associates October 14, 1970, has now been submitted
for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for this revised develop-
ment of Heather Ridge Estates to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
review and recommendation. 0
