SUNRISE TERRACE WEST (TOWN OF VERNON)
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS the Plan Comission approved a preliminary plat February
4th, 1975, of lands owned by George Oleinik in the Town of Vernon
which falls within Muskego's extra territorial jurisdiction, and
-REAS the final plat for this subdivision, to be known as
Sunrise Terrace West, has now been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and has
indicated that it complies with the preliminary plat with the excep-
tion of the 30' drainage easement originally provided between lots
15 and 16 is now provided between lots 16 and 17 and an additional
30' drainage easement has been provided between lots 1 and 2 and lots
20 and 21 extending south to the rear of lots 17, 18 and 22. e
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Sunrise Terrace
West in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission recommends
approval to the Common Council.
