APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
THOMAS FERGUSON 0
WHEREAS a sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on March
18, 1975, for a one acre division (40,000 sq. ft.) of the Thomas
Ferguson property on Hillendale Drive in Section 5, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District requiring 20,000 sq. ft. lots
with 110' average width, however, the zoning ordinance requires a
density of 40,000 sq. ft. until sewers are available, and
WHEREAS Mr. Ferguson desires to construct a dwelling on the
remaining acreage and because of the topography it would be more
suitable to locate the dwelling closer to Hillendale Drive than
originally planned, and
e WHEREAS Mr. Ferguson has now submitted a sketch for a 26,680.8
sq. ft. parcel and will be willing to grant a 13,319.2 sq. ft.
easement on the area which is reserved for public road purposes, the
two of which will equal 40,000 sq. ft.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the revised sketch for the
division of a 26,680.8 sq. ft. parcel with 13,319.2 sq. ft. easement
of the Thomas Ferguson pro perty on Hillendale Drive in Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission will be
receptive to the submission of axertified survey map to finalize
this division.
