APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
JANES MANUFACTURING COMPANY
WHEREAS the Cormnon Council has accepted an offer from Janes
Manufacturing Company to purchase Lot 10, Block 2, in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the Common Council accepted the condition that a 10,000
sq. ft. building will meet the minimum building size because a
portion of the parcel lies in the pond area, and
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have now been
submitted which meet the requirements of the industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that.thePlan Commission of the City
0 of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans for Janes Manufacturing Co. in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is granted subject
to the condition that landscaping plans will be submitted upon
completion of the building.
