PCR1975039RESOLUTION #P. C. 39-75 e APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP ROBERT KLENZ. WHERJZAS a certified survey map prepared by Jahnke and Jahnke has been submitted to finalize a 1-1/4 acre division from 6 acres owned by Robert and Judith Klenz, W159 S7985 Sandy Beach Lane, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this division in their Resolution #P. C. 27-75 adopted April 15, 1975, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the certified survey map indicates a 60' road reservation extending from Woods Road as indicated on the sketch submitted and approved by the Plan Cmission March 19, 1974, for Sandy Beach 0 Subdivision, and 2. That the certified survey map indicate an easement from Woods Road to the newly created lot and to the remaining lands smth of the electric company right-of-way until such time as a public road is provided, and WHEREAS the necessary easement has been provided, however, the 60' road reservation is not located as requested by the Commission. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve a revised certified survey map which will indicate the 60' road reservation in the location designated by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission does hereby recommend to the Cmon Council approval of the revised certified survey map subject to the relocation of the 60' road reservation and subject to approval by the city engineer.
