APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
GUERNSEY MEADOWS
WHEREAS the preliminary plat of Guernsey Meadows planned unit
development prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus January 7, 1975, with
revision date of 3/4/75 has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the plat indicates the development of 101 lots which will
be developed in two phases - the first phase to have 71 lots, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the layout and
has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS the city engineer has reviewed data supplied thus far by
the developer as concerns road layout and drainage, and
WHEREAS the objecting agencies have submitted their reports in- dicating that they dosnot object to the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat subject to the
condition that the Common Council approves the rezoning of the property 0 from RS-2 and RS-3 to RS-2 with an OPD overlay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to the
Common Council that the preliminary plat be approved subject to receipt of an acceptable developers agreement and deed restrictions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is granted with the understanding that the final plat will contain 71 lots (Phase I) of
the Guernsey Meadows Subdivision ard said final plat will include the
dedication of the nature preserve to the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is granted subject to the condition that the final plat indicates:
1. Centers in the cul-de-sacs
2. A pedestrian access to the nature preserve from Linda Court
3. A 15' radius at street comers
